Q: Why does the blood pressure value differ from the sphygmomanometer?
A: The deviation between the watch's value and that of the sphygmomanometer is determined by several factors. The measurement location of the sphygmomanometer is at the Arteria radialis, and the watch's measurement location is the two main branches of the arterioles. Normally, the measurements of aortic blood pressure and arterial blood pressure vary by three to forty; if you measure simultaneously with a watch and a sphygmomanometer, the blood flowing centrifugally in the artery will cause the sphygmomanometer to measure the bands, so the lower part of your elbow is under pressure. Temporarily, blood cannot flow smoothly to the branch of the underlying artery, and vascular tension increases, which can distort the upper and lower blood pressure measurements.
Q: Why can't the watch receive message notifications?
A: Android phone settings: 1. Confirm that the message notification switch in the mobile client is turned on. 2. The confirmation notification is normally displayed in the phone's notification bar. The watch receives the message notification by reading the notification in the mobile notification bar; if there is no notification in the phone's notification bar, the watch cannot receive the notification (search for notification settings in the phone settings, enable notification buttons for WeChat, QQ phone, SMS, and mobile client). 3. Open the assistive function settings of the wristband (see assistive functions in the phone settings and open the assistive function settings of the wristband).
Apple phone settings: 1. Confirm that the message notification switch in the mobile client is turned on. 2. The confirmation notification can normally be displayed in the phone's notification bar (you need to check the notification settings in the phone settings – enable notification switches for WeChat, QQ phone, SMS, and mobile client).
Q: Why doesn't the pedometer count steps when I have already started walking?
A: To reduce errors, the smartwatch usually sets a start specification of 10, it counts steps only if we walk more than 10 steps. The APP shows the actual walking steps and starts counting from step 10.
Q: Which application is used when connecting to a smartphone?
A: The app is developed by the supplier. You can scan the QR code on the packaging or in the manual to download it upon receiving the item.
Q: Why can't the device turn on or start up normally?
A: Charge your new device for at least 10 minutes or longer before first use to ensure normal device startup and optimal performance. For devices with removable batteries, check that they are correctly installed before charging.
Q: Device cannot be found during pairing?
A: Make sure the distance between the phone and device is less than 0.5 m.
Make sure the device is not operating with a low battery. If the problem persists after 1.5 hours of charging, please contact us.
Q: Can't connect the device to the app?
A: Some Bluetooth services of smartphones may be abnormal after restart. Restart the smartphone to pair the device.
Q: Why does the Android phone disconnect the connection?
A: The Android phone's system management forces background app deactivation; you need to disable power saving mode or open the app in the system's green background. The app must not be force-closed. The app must run in the background to prevent the Bluetooth connection from automatically disconnecting.
Q: Why couldn't I make the Bluetooth connection?
A: 1. First, download the app.
2. Find the Bluetooth name in your APP and then connect.
3. You can see a connection request on the phone, click "Pair". If you have previously made the Bluetooth connection, remove all Bluetooth devices from your phone.

A: BW0408 is splash-proof and sweat-resistant, so it is fine to wear during sports. But you cannot swim with it.
