Welcome to Hypebay's return policy! We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all the information about the return process and refunds.
1. The express shipping costs chosen by the consumer (if the consumer voluntarily opts for a more expensive delivery method) are non-refundable.
2. Refund process:
- When the consumer requests a refund, we send detailed return labels and instructions within 1 day.
- The original standard shipping costs are included in the refund.
- If the goods arrive damaged, we take full responsibility and offer free repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the shipping costs for returning the defective goods.
3. If the product is damaged during the return shipment, we may charge costs of 30-70%, depending on the extent of the damage.
4. If the return shipment is caused by the consumer, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The specific costs depend on the chosen express company.
If the received goods are damaged or incorrect for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.

Returns
- You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
- Then contact our customer service at info@hypebay.nl to arrange a return within this period.
- The costs for returning products are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective.
- If the item is defective, we will reimburse the shipping costs for the return.
Refunds
- After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 business days.
- The refunded amount will be returned to the originally used payment method.
Return conditions
- Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories.
- The product must not have been used and must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
- Make sure the return shipment is well packed to prevent damage during transport.
- If the return shipment is caused by the consumer, the shipping costs are borne by the consumer. The specific costs depend on the chosen courier company.
If the received goods are damaged or not in order for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
Responsibility
- We do not accept responsibility for any delays or damage during the transport of returned items.
- We recommend that you check the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
