We offer free standard shipping on orders over €25. For orders under €25, we charge €4.95 shipping costs.

Processing time:

Orders placed before 21:00 (GMT+01:00) are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 working days.

Delivery time:

Our delivery time is 8-11 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on location and customs delays.

Tracking:

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the tracking information for your order. This allows you to easily follow your order and see when you can expect it.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@hypebay.nl for further instructions on returning your order. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
